About Discovering the land of honey

Uncover Morocco’s wild beauty on the Honey & Highlands Escape, a journey that begins along the tranquil coast north of Agadir, where sunlit beaches, dramatic cliffs, and humble fishing and farming villages line the Atlantic shore.

As you leave the sea behind, the road climbs into the heart of the Western High Atlas Mountains—a region shaped by rugged ridges, deep valleys, and peaceful mountain oases. Follow the renowned Honey Route, a scenic path that leads to traditional apiaries, where you’ll meet passionate beekeepers and taste honey made with ancient, sustainable methods.

Nestled in these hills lies the village of Imouzzer-Ida-Outanane, famed for its gentle waterfalls, natural pools, and cool mountain air. Hike through the lush Paradise Valley, discover wild caves like the legendary Wintimdouine, and soak in the tranquility of Morocco’s untouched landscapes.

Throughout the journey, you’ll visit kasbahs, village douars, and vibrant souks, connecting with local communities and traditions. Enjoy the warmth of Berber hospitality, sample regional flavors, and experience the true essence of southern Morocco—natural, timeless, and full of soul.
