08:00 AM : Welcome at BIOTO.
09:00 AM : Departure from BIOTO in Tata to Agoujgal Rehba. Explore this magnificent oasis while walking along the irrigation canal, shaded by date palm and fruit trees. The morning will be dedicated to discovering the organic and sustainable agriculture of this oasis, in the company of a farmer who masters the ancestral techniques of oasis farming.
12:30 PM: Lunch with a local family in a traditional mud house in Agoujgal Rehba. Enjoy a tagine made from camel meat.
14:30 PM: Visit the Afra Association in Taourirt to discover a date production unit. Taste and exchange with the women of the association. Learn the art of preparing date jam. Departure to the Ighir N’Houga Association for agricultural development in the village of Agni. Discover other local products such as goat milk, Lamriss, Dhen, and dried vegetables.
17h30 PM: Return to the center of Tata.
