Returning to my roots was what fueled my enthusiasm for the creation of Hotel Al Adarissa in 1997. Our establishment, with classic architecture, guarantees you amazing accommodation along with authentic traditional Moroccan cuisine. Al Adarissa also leads you to a city renowned for its affectionate climate and its popular tourist attractions: handicrafts, Kasbahs, fortified granaries, and the walls of ancient villages that you can visit by taking advantage of our mountain bike ride activities. With family members and local employees, we make sure that the quality of our services is exemplary and this requirement has been rewarded by the seal of approval awarded to us by the RDTR and the considerable number of certificates issued by several NGOs.
